I created a business email to my GoDaddy domain using Zohomail after watching a great YouTube video on Hassan channel.

During setup, I logged into my domain DNS provider to auto authenticate all the records to be configured properly.

I tested it and everything works fine sending and receiving emails as long as the domain name servers are set to default.

The problem appears and I can’t receive any mails when the domain name severs are changed from their default setting.

I have tried different approaches but nothing seems to work.

I am reaching out to this community in the hopes that someone else may have encountered a similar problem and discovered a solution.

Your support and expertise are greatly appreciated, as this issue is impacting my business operations.

Thank you in advance for any assistance you can provide.

@hasanolla after changing the DNS you will need to reauthenticate the service in Zoho. I myself moved away from Zoho because they didn't like that I was sending email from my development localhost and shutdown my email account. I now self host using Mail-In-A-Box (MIAB) and using CloudFlare as the my DNS provider.

@ssadvisor Thanks. I think I'll be doing the same.
