Dear Hassan,

I watched your youtube video and made my chatbot as well, connected to my wordpress site. It worked well, but unfortunately, on phone i cant use the buttons on the webpage. I cant use them like any of it. But the chatbot worked well, only the buttons on the webpage wasnt work. So i read the forum, find your answer on the solution, and i tried the new codes. (css and javascript.)

So i use this files now, and the buttons on the side are working good, but now the chatbot just loading: "Wait a moment".

How can i solve this problem, could you help me please?

Yes, thank you for your answer a modified the codes a little bit, and it worked. Do you have any idea or code, on how can the chatbot send links to the customers?

@farkas07 What was the problem in your code that made i work, if you don't mind sharing.

And what do you mean by sending inks to customers? IF someone asks give me the link for an article about SEO the chatbot sends, or you mean helping users navigate through your site by giving them link to specific pages?

Yes friend i mean it, that if customers need some url or link, the bot could send the right link. Now the bot can send link, but it is not highlighted. So it is not clickable. I used the 5 minutes chatbot tutorial, but i need it to send live links to customers, that is clickable. Do you have any idea on that?

This is how i solved the problem: i used the new css code that was sent by Mr.Hassan, i used the old script, and the old html. Thats how i solved the problem.

Also i would like to ask, if there is any method to store the questions that were made by the users? I use the 5 minutes chatbot tutorial, and i would like to store it to see the questions.

@farkas07 Yes, of course, you can store the questions asked by the users. In the backend, you'll add a piece of code that takes the question that the user enters and saves it in a variable, then sends it to the LLM to get the response and then save both the question and its answer in a database, text file, or a google sheet.

@farkas07 With respect to the links, I didn't try doing it but I think it's not that hard. You can maybe try to identify links before displaying the response to the user and using a function (or LLM) make the link clickable in some way.

I created a clickable function a few days ago to make links clickable in a streamlit tool I created, and it was very simple HTML parsing.

Thank you for your answer Mr. Hassan.

Could you please help me of any of theese codes? My base code is the original 5 minutes tutorial with the new css file, that you sent in a forum. I tried to solve link sending, but didnt work out till now. The chatbot always sends the link but it is not clickable, it is like normal text. Im a little confused in coding.

On the other hand saving the story line of each conversation would be essential for me, but i have no ideia how to do it.

@farkas07 Try brainstorming using chatgpt and see where and how you can start, and we can help you if you faced any problems.
