1. Brainstorm what functionalities you want your API to do
2. Set all endpoints needed for it to work
3. Start working on them 1 by 1 (either programming or using no-code tools)

In the days of old when Digital Equipment was still a viable company providing great computers I was on a team that created a third party medical billing system for an emergency room provider. A lot of work went into that system just for managing billing for a small ecosystem of the hospital. Good luck with your endeavor.

@admin it sounds to me like @osman-yussuf is looking for an ERP structured to Hospital management. He could use any ERP for that. There used to be a WPERP plugin but it has been revoked until further review. I looked on GitHub and the last update I see to it was in 2017 which means it is old code and doesn't work with today's WordPress. There is another called Worksuite WP that might work but I don't know anything about it; there is no GitHub repository for it either. I tried working with the website for Worksuite WP but it doesn't work well.
