I have completed the course till section "Prompting in Action".

I feel that there is less focus on "How should we do it". Why the things are done that way is not so clear. Things are already done, we can copy & paste it. But I don't think with this approach I can improve upon this skill.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mBYu5NoXBcs&list=PLaWSKUwEzmonq85t2rHwZfuEXotqEnTyR. This video of Hasan has more focus on "how we can do it".

Am I missing something or anybody else has same thought. Please help me with this brother.

Hi Sahil,

I think I get your point. I too am almost done with the course and so far I am making sure I understand the guidance in the course and if I can execute all those python scripts.

Hence, was my question in the forum.

I see two paths to progress 1) Professional career 2) start a business

For both, we need more than that in the course. But for me, Hasan did excellent job keeping it short, sensible and showcasing the features of prompt engineering. Especially be it my age or age of distraction, Hasan videos are succinct, clear and most of the times scripts are executable.

He covered the backend python scripts as well as front end and even web hosting. He gave real life examples too.

Application: Here is someone like me can get overwhelmed i.e. how to use this knowledge and make money. May be application of it is what Hasan can spend time on. But more he provides these applications, more we rely on him and less we develop our skills.

Given the altitude Hasan views the real world application vs me or you, he envisions lot of applications and use cases. Our struggle is getting that vision.

How do we get that vision is perhaps what we should seek help from Hasan.

Most importantly, I am delighted with Hasan's response staying open to ideas. I never saw someone offering additional course content even after completing the course and genuinely willing to help.

And thus my two cents of feedback!

@sivaram-bandaru cool, cool. Vision is not the hard part though, it is figuring out how to carry out the vision. I took @Hasan's GPT-EarthQuake script and created a website with it. If you care to take a look it is at https://gpt-earthquake.com.
